EduVaasa Recruitment Event on November 14, 2003

A student recruitment event - EduVaasa - is arranged by Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu (VAMK), University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with other higher education institutions of Vaasa on Friday 14.11.2003 at 9.00 - 13.00.

The event is directed to the upper secondary and vocational schools in the former Vaasa province area to support the Student Selection in spring 2004. The expected number of visitors is nearly 500.

The participants are: VAMK, the University of Vaasa, Åbo Akademi Unit of Vaasa, Helsinki University lawyer education in Vaasa, and West-Finland Design Centre MUOVA (a department of University of Art and Design Helsinki). In addition, the student unions and Vaasa City are participating.

The event is held in VAMK's Main Hall where an exhibition stand is reserved for each higher education institution.  Scheduled information sessions will also be held of all degree programmes. Guided tours around Palosaari campus, and to Tritonia Academic Library and the research laboratory Technobothnia, will be arranged for visitors.
