Vaasa University of Applied Sciences (VAMK) has been involved in developing a study module in Creative Strategic Foresight. This project, which is now finishing on 30.9.2013, is funded by EU within Lifelong Learning Programme. There are partners from Denmark, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Spain and Finland. Two Finnish universities are involved: VAMK and Aalto University, Western Finland Design Center Muova.
The Creative Strategic Foresight (CSF) Study Module fosters students’ competences in evaluating and foreseeing changes in the business environment and fosters their creative capacities in strategic thinking. CSF brings together education, applied research and the world of enterprises and organizations. CSF has been created in a European consortium to support the international dimension and perspectives of the learning material and students’ learning.
