After completion of this course you will be able to

Supercell, Rovio and Facebook among others did it big time. What did the founders experience in the early startup days? What does an aspiring, young entrepreneur need to know? How can this be taught to youngsters in an interesting way?

- Innovation and ideation – what and how
- Startup establishment, founders, partnership agreement, mission and vision
- Proof of Concept, ie whether the business idea has vitality, a business model
- Elevator pitch, ie the first contact with venture capital
- Seed financing
- Pilot customers
- Prototype development
- Team building
- Development of a financing model
- MVP, ie a good enough first product version
- Business and marketing plan
- Pitch, e.g. for round A funders
- Follow-up funding, round B and C funding
- IPO
