Feedback and Observations Related to Our Operations

In order to develop our activities, we hope to receive feedback on our operations as well as observations of any deviations or near-miss situations. We treat all observations and feedback with appropriate seriousness. We process each reported observation according to the processes we have defined. Through our feedback channel, you can leave feedback about our operations in general.

Observations and feedback reported through the feedback channel may relate to, for example:

• Teaching, guidance, or other educational activities
• Expert and support services for teaching and RDI activities
• VAMK´s properties and assets
• Systems and data privacy/-security
• General safety

Please note that requests related to specific courses should primarily be discussed directly with the teacher or directed to the teacher through the Spark course feedback system.

Through this link, you can start by selecting which building or field of study your feedback, suggestion, or observation relates to. You can also choose “Other” as the location option. After that, you can leave your feedback in the designated field.
