Project description
The basic package of legal and financial administration is aimed at those in a weaker labor market situation, i.e. employees and unemployed people whose occupations are oversupplied. General secretaries, receptionists, travel agency clerks, department secretaries and journalists have the most oversupply.
It is possible to find separate study course implementations from the national offer at universities of applied sciences, but for now there are no educational units like the complete study unit implemented in the project.
Goals
In the project, the goal is to create a study unit that can be completed online, with the help of which oversupplied professionals can facilitate and promote career access and development. The studies consist of three parts:
- Invoicing and ledgers, 4 credits
- Basics of accounting. 4 credits
- Basics of payroll, 7 credits.
The goal is to train 20 students per semester. The training package is implemented in two semesters. The training consists of five modules, with a total of 40 participants.
Results
The result is the development of the careers of workers and the unemployed in oversupplied professions and getting them back into working life. In the project, an online training package is developed for completing studies. The training includes materials and exercises with assignments. The starting schedule for the training package is in autumn 2023, after which the training will be carried out twice between 2023 and 2025.
