Well-being Week at VAMK 2.-6.10.
Well-being starts with small actions, and that’s exactly what we offer students during the Well-being Week. The Well-being Week includes FSHS, the VAMOK student union, and many other participants.
During the Student Well-being Week, FSHS will be hosting daily Teams webinars where you can ask various experts for advice and tips on, among other things, managing and preventing stress. Webinars are mainly held in Finnish, but Wednesday 5.10. is International Wednesday where students can ask tips in English.
If you feel that stress is twisting your stomach or weighing on your mind as the exam week approaches, remember that you are not alone. Stress can affect our bodies in various ways, and it’s these symptoms that FSHS wants to discuss with you.
