Welcome to the new Tritonia library!

Welcome to Tritonia’s new, bright facilities in the middle of campus.

The new Tritonia is located in the new Luotsi building at: Wolffintie 34. The opening hours and contact information can be found here.

Facilities and service
The library has different kinds of study spaces, a quiet study room and group study rooms that can be booked online. Learn more: presentation of Tritonia.

Create your library card
As a student of the University of Vaasa and Novia you will find your library card in the Tuudo app. Students at VAMK can create their library card using an online form. More information: Library card and PIN code.

Collections
Textbooks, frequently used research literature, newly aquired books from subject collections, dictionaries and standards are placed in the library. Newspapers and most recent issues of journals are placed on the second floor. Some of the collection is placed in closed stacks and can be requested for. The staff collects the requested material every weekday. As a student at the University of Vaasa, VAMK, and Novia, the e-resources are available also remotely.

Printing and copying
You can print from your own device to the printer using the Printch app. With a copying card you can also use the printer for scanning and copying. Learn more: Printing, copying and scanning.

The library is always available
The library is open 24/7. You can use the facilities, borrow, and return books alos when the library is closed. You can access Tritonia’s facilities outside opening hours with a key, except between 24.00-6.00.
