Hello VAMK students!

Student Union VAMOK wishes you a happy new year and a joyful new semester.

Starting from January 1st, 2024, the responsibilities of VAMOK’s harassment contact persons have been transferred to the employees of VAMOK. The new harassment contact persons are Teemu Oksanen, Jenna Kivijärvi, and Sami Korpela.

VAMOK’s harassment contact persons offer support to all students who experience harassment or bullying. If you are unsure who to talk to about your experience, you can contact them. The harassment contact persons can guide you to the right place to get the help you need and will be there to support you when necessary.

The harassment contact persons operate in complete confidentiality. They will only discuss your case with relevant parties if you give permission to do so. Although they are not healthcare professionals, they are bound by confidentiality and act as support for students, helping to facilitate problem-solving.
