VAMK received Kauppalehti Achievers certificate

Vaasa University of Applied Sciences is honoured to be included in Kauppalehti Achievers 2022 list.

Achievers certificate is given based on the 2021 results. Based on key figure comparisons, VAMK is ranked among the best companies in Finland and in the industry. Only about 8% of Finnish limited companies reach the group of Achievers.

“Being among the Achievers is very important for us because we have had so many kinds of economical periods. We have already seen how well our operational metrics are developing, and with them, state funding will also increase in the future. The certificate reinforces the good work already done and encourages all of us to continue. We are going exactly to the right direction”, rejoices Piia Kujala, administrative and financial director, vice president, VAMK.

The Achiever analysis measures six different economical areas of a company; growth, profitability, result, liquidity, solvency and risk tolerance. Besides the economical success, the Achiever certificate also indicates that the management, business strategy, employee competence as well as the commitment and continuous development of the personnel are in a good level.
