The trainee campaign of Suomen Mentorit starts now partnering with Wärtsilä!
Let’s Work (Tehdään Töitä in Finnish) is a trainee campaign executed in co-operation with Suomen Mentorit and Finnish companies. The campaign is now running for the ninth time with our long-term partner organisation Wärtsilä.
The trainee campaign aims to support young talents at the beginning of their careers by providing valuable work experience and professional networks. Through the campaign, we also aim to encourage organizations to hire freshly graduated talents to build a responsible and modern working life.
40 companies, with 550 trainee vacancies in different fields, have already been involved in our campaign.
Our partner 2023: Wärtsilä
Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company known for being a forerunner in the Marine and Energy markets. Every day Wärtsilians put their hearts and minds into turning Wärtsilä’s purpose of enabling sustainable societies with smart technology into reality. Currently, Wärtsilä employs around 17000 unique professionals around the world and have operations in over 60 countries. In Finland, you can find Wärtsilä in Vaasa, Turku and Helsinki.
In this year’s Let’s Work campaign Wärtsilä is looking for future talents in the following paid trainee roles for minimum of 6 months:
- Marketing Trainee
- Service Development Trainee
- Legal Trainee
- Data Analyst Trainee
- HR and Communications Trainee
Most of the positions suit for English-speaking talents. If you are soon to graduate or have graduated within the past 18 months, do check out the interesting positions above and apply latest 20 March 2023. Note that to qualify you must currently have residence and the right to work in Finland.
